Longevity Labs came to us with a restricted ad account and a non-compliant website. We rebuilt their brand from the ground up — compliance-ready for Meta and Google — and got their ads live with zero restrictions.
Longevity Labs is an Australian research peptide company supplying high-purity compounds for scientific and laboratory research. Operating in one of the most restrictively advertised eCommerce categories globally, their ad account was restricted and their brand messaging was not aligned with advertising platform compliance policies.
The Problem
Longevity Labs had an existing website and brand, but faced major advertising restrictions due to non-compliant content.
Meta had restricted the account due to compliance violations in their website content, product messaging, and advertising assets. Any wrong move risked permanent suspension with no revenue buffer to fall back on.
The website content and product messaging were not compliance-friendly. Product descriptions, marketing copy, banners, and visuals all contained language and imagery that triggered platform policy violations.
Social media pages and the Business Manager contained risky or non-compliant assets. These needed to be fully audited and replaced with compliance-safe alternatives before any advertising could resume.
Australia's TGA framework adds a layer of complexity beyond standard global compliance. Product language, disclaimer requirements, and the boundary between research and clinical framing had to align with both platform policies and the local regulatory environment.
Our Approach
We didn't patch compliance onto an existing site. We rebuilt every asset — from messaging to structure — around platform policies.
Before redesigning anything, we mapped every Meta and Google Ads policy that applies to research peptide brands. We cross-referenced prohibited content categories, trigger words, imagery restrictions, and landing page requirements. This became the rulebook every deliverable was written against.
We conducted a full audit of the ad account, social media profiles, and Business Manager to identify content and assets that could trigger policy violations. Non-compliant elements were removed or replaced with compliance-safe alternatives.
After cleaning the existing assets, we created a fresh advertising setup designed around platform-safe practices. This included compliant ad creatives, audience structures, tracking setup, and safer campaign frameworks.
Before going live, we ran a final compliance sweep against both Meta and Google's current policy documentation. Every landing page, product URL, and ad set was verified. The account launched with a clean bill of health — activated day one with zero policy flags.
Outcomes
Longevity Labs launched with a fully compliant, professionally designed research peptide website — and activated Meta and Google ad accounts on day one. No rebuilds. No suspensions. No compromise.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or need a full rebuild — we’ve done it. We know the policies, the pitfalls, and exactly how to build a peptide brand that can actually run ads.
