The Problem
Hermetica Peptides came to us with a fully built website that was unusable from a compliance standpoint. Before a single ad could run, the entire site needed to be torn down and rebuilt to meet research-market standards
The site featured lifestyle photos of people using products — a direct implication of human use that violates research-market standards.
Product categories used clinical and outcome-based groupings (e.g. 'Fat Loss', 'Muscle Growth') that implied therapeutic intent.
Lifestyle bottle mockups with dosage cues and human-benefit language were embedded across product pages and the homepage.
Every product description, FAQ, and blog post contained benefit claims, dosage guidance, and outcome framing — all non-compliant.
