Launching ApexAmino involved navigating several technical and marketing challenges:

Our Action Plan

To overcome the roadblocks faced by ApexAmino, we implemented a results-driven approach across tech, ads, and user experience:

  • Ad Account & Meta Policy Compliance

    Leveraging our experience with previous brands, we carefully revised ad creatives and landing pages to comply with Meta’s advertising policies. Multiple backup ad accounts and creative rotations were implemented to avoid restrictions.

  • Pixel Tracking Fixes
    Reintegrated Meta Pixel using advanced Shopify + GTM setup for accurate event tracking. Added CAPI (Conversions API) for better data reliability.

  • Checkout Optimization

    Streamlined the checkout flow using WooCommerce-compatible upsell plugins, trust badges, and autofill features. Also set up automated email recovery for abandoned carts to boost conversion and reduce drop-offs.

  • Plugin & Theme Stability
    Audited and replaced unstable plugins, improved load speed, and used a lightweight Shopify theme to reduce customer drop-off.

  • ROAS Improvement via Smart Targeting
    Built laser-focused audiences using customer data, lookalikes, and retargeting. Paired this with A/B testing on creatives and copy to improve performance.

  • Payment Gateway Fixes
    Integrated our custom payment methodprocessors and enabled backup gateways to reduce decline rates and ensure smooth checkout.
