Building Zen Amino

Launching and scaling Zen Amino presented a fresh set of challenges, distinct from our other clients:

Our Action Plan

To position Zen Amino as a credible, high-converting brand in the peptide and research space, we tackled key gaps across marketing, site structure, and post-purchase journey:


1. Brand Messaging Overhaul

  • Refined the homepage and product descriptions to clearly communicate Zen Amino’s research-grade focus without losing the minimalist tone.

  • Added a “For Researchers Only” landing gate to meet compliance while clarifying intent.


2. Post-Purchase Automation & LTV Growth

  • Created a post-purchase email funnel educating buyers on reordering cycles, compound storage, and safe handling.

  • Added reorder buttons and dynamic bundles based on previous purchases to increase average order value.


3. Educational Hub Buildout

  • Launched the Zen Amino Lab Blog, covering peptide use-cases, dosage protocols, and FAQs written in simple, compliant language.

  • Integrated this into email campaigns and remarketing ads for first-time buyers.


4. Google Ads Reinforcement Strategy

  • Used compliant copywriting with “for research only” disclaimers and shifted to DSA (Dynamic Search Ads) with tightly matched keywords to reduce rejection risk.

  • Implemented brand-safe sitelinks and filtered ad traffic by region to meet ad policy thresholds.


5. Social Proof & Compliance Layering

  • Added third-party lab results, research-backed citations, and peer testimonials directly to PDPs (Product Detail Pages).

  • Activated a Yotpo review widget and UGC section to improve perceived authenticity.


6. International Checkout Optimization

  • Integrated Zonos to display clear duties/taxes at checkout for global buyers.

  • Added FedEx and DHL express options, along with real-time tracking and delivery estimates.
